20 years competence and experience

Norfakta's consultants are university graduates and a have minimum of seven years experience in the market analysis sector. Norfakta can source competence in statistics, economy, social science, marketing and psychology. Norfakta's information pool is continuously updated so that the market information that Norfakta can offer is on the cutting edge. Norfakta works closely with the University and SINTEF in Trondheim, helping Norfakta to maintain the quality and confidence to the customers needs.

Through our work with NIPO Software in the Netherlands, we have continuously access to the most advanced and best analysis-tools on the market

We stress that our reports should be readable and user friendly. Advanced analysis-methods do not always mean difficult and unreadable reports. Use of illustrations and clear comments and conclusions is one of Norfakta's unique selling points. As well as delivering reports, Norfakta's trained staff can also deliver in depth market research presentations.

Interviewing staff

Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS employs over 150 staff in our two branches. All of the market researchers are over 18 years old and have had extensive training in interview techniques (behaviour etc.), infrastructure (platforms) and what market analysis is used for.

Norfakta has developed our own interview guide for our market researchers use. All of our market researchers are paid by the hour to increase efficieny, drive and motivation.

Ensuring the quality in the interview process

Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS has strict rules and routines for ensuring the quality of our work. By ensuring that there is a constant dialogue between the market researchers and management, quality is assured. All market research is overseen by a project leader. The project leader will also be responsible for the project pre-briefing so that market researchers are aware of the aims and goals of the project.

Following up of the interviewers

Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS has one interview leader for each project and they are available day-time (08:00-15:30) or night-time (16:00-21:30) In addition we have hired an interview supervisor that has the responsibility of following up the interviewees, listening to the market research and checking quality control. Both the interview leader and supervisor have vast market research experience.

Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS has routines for quality control of each interview. Most of the interviews are listened to, to ensure that the interviewers have the right understanding of the questions. This is most important in pilot projects and in the beginning of new projects in addition to new interviewers.

Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS makes statistics of time of interview, search time, number of carried out interviews pr interviewer pr project etc.
