Norfakta has developed some concepts that each year are carried out for several customers. These concepts are flexible and are developed with some given universal questions and some more special ones for each customer. Here follows a short summary of 5 of Norfakta's concepts/products.
This is a concept that includes many types of analysis and is developed to clarify the STATUS of a company and its defined customers and users in the defined market and its employees. This analysis gives valuable insight of the company's status today. This gives a good point of view when strategies and plans are to be maid.
Norfakta's property-survey is carried out four times pr year. By the result of this survey one can follow the property market closely.
With increasing number of companies in the property market there is more competition for it's customers. And the fight to be the company that the market prefers will be tough. To give your company a head start in planning the market communication our services can be a great tool.
Universal:

Selection:
Norfakta's property-survey is carried out in a selection of representative respondents in Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag, who are 20 years or older. The selection is about 1400 people and ensures a representative selection. This concept could be carried out in other areas as well.
Norfakta's Energy-survey is a concept that offers the energy market objective and systematically information. It is therefore a more accurate base for strategic planning in a competitive market.
Norfaktas Energy-survey covers:
1) Customer analysis among private customers
2) Customer analysis among business customers
3) Country-based survey in both private and business markets
This product is meant to be a tool for the decision makers in energy companies in an ever changing market situation. This concept contains of a base-package with some elements included, but the package can be tailored and customized for your company's information needs.
The survey consists of just a few questions that are asked to both types of respondents. This will give the power company the ability to measure the "pressure" in the market and the "temperature" on the customers when it comes to customer satisfaction.
The results of the survey will give answers to how satisfied the customers are, how loyal they are to their power company and how active they are on the energy market.
The survey can be carried out on existing customers but in addition we can also offer a subscription on a survey for all of Norway. This survey is carried out two times pr year and is reported every spring and fall. By gaining access to this information every power company is able to compare the situation between its own customers and the rest of the market.
The survey is carried out with a representative selection in Norway. It is of course not as accurate as the local surveys but highlight the most important aspects
1. Highlight the customers' knowledge and awareness about the energy market and what possibility it gives, and if the customers is aware of the different offers from the different providers.
2. Highlight the customers' satisfaction with their current provider. Everybody knows that a satisfied customer is more loyal. Here we measure the satisfaction with service, ability to supply, price, information etc.
3. Customer loyalty and evaluation of possibility of changing power company.
We stress that our reports should be readable and user friendly. Advanced analysis-methods do not always mean difficult and unreadable reports. Use of illustrations and clear comments and conclusions come as standard in all our reporting techniques. We can also deliver our final report in the form of a presentation.
Because we have several power companies in our portfolio, every power company can evaluate their customers' answers to what is the main opinion in the market. A subscription to this service gives the ability to evaluate the result from all of Norway.
With help from our analysis tool it is possible to highlight what factors that have the most influence on the customers' satisfaction. Then you can take action based on the analysis.
TopThe price pr interview is stipulated to be NOK 25, - (For example: 1000 interviews among people that is 18 years or older would be 1000*20 = 25000, -). This includes:
- Selection picking
- Data collection by telephone interview (NIPO, CATI system)
- Mandate calculation
- Reporting of results by e-mail or fax
Orders of political surveys need to be placed at the latest one week before we start the data collection. Data collection pr telephone takes one to two days.
Reporting of the results is done by presenting user-friendly cross- and frequency-tables including mandate calculation. If nothing else is agreed the delivery of the results is at 14:00 the day after the last interview has taken place.
Norfakta Markedsanalyse AS has for several years carried out public surveys for the police in Asker, Bærum og Trondheim. Therefore Norfakta has good knowledge about this kind of surveys.
It is important to have a good relationship to the public. By accomplishing objective surveys one can find out how pleased the citizens are with the police's work and also find out the citizens' fear/preferences in their area. An objective survey can be used as a tool to be more in line with the citizens in addition to highlight what areas the police has a job to do. One can se if it has been effective by carrying out the survey after some actions have been made.
We are now offering our services to some police departments in Norway. This concept also highlights more global questions so that one department could evaluate its work compared to another one.
What this kind of survey cost does of course depend on how many questions and how many interviews we are talking about. For example would a survey targeted to 400 citizens where every interview took 8 minutes cost about NOK 55- 60000 (about 20-25 questions). A survey with the same amount of respondents where the interviews took 5 minutes would cost about 35-40000. The prices include all of Norfakta's work and reporting.
We try to make our reports as readable and user friendly as possible. Therefore we use a lot of graphical illustrations with comments and small conclusions in our presentations. The report is often handed over in two copies and contains a summary of the most important points in the survey. One set of presentation material is also included in the price.
